Gershon Yaniv, CEO, is a co-founder and former EVP and Chief Technology Officer of IntegriCo. Prior to co-founding IntegriCo with former CEO Mike Miller, Gershon worked at Simula Inc. for fifteen years, serving in various positions including Director of Corporate Research and Development, and President of the Automotive Safety Division (ASD). In his capacity as President of ASD, Gershon managed the rollout of the first patented side head airbag protection product to BMW and other auto OEM's, with high volume manufacturing and engineering facilities in the US, the UK, and Germany. He is an engineer by training with a PhD degree in Composite Materials from The Technion, Israel Institute of Technology, and an MBA from Arizona State University. Gershon is the inventor of 13 US and international patents.

Chris Brough, VP of Engineering and Product Development, was a primary developer of IntegriCo's underlying plastics processing technolog. Chris completed a combined master's degree in mechanical engineering and MBA at Brigham Young University, and he researched IntegriCo's technology for his master's thesis. During this process, Chris acquired unparalleled expertise in the materials and process characteristics of recycled plastics for IntegriCo's proprietary production process.

Ken Webber, Plant Manager, joined the IntegriCo team in February of 2007. He brings over twenty years of manufacturing management experience, the last twelve of which were with a well established plastics company in North East Texas, Winzen Film, Inc., that produced a variety of products ranging from stratospheric research balloon film to polypropylene fiber. In addition to his production management experience he also has extensive background in Quality Systems development and implementation.

First, IntegriCo announced that tests conducted on IntegriCo Composites' ties by the Transportation Technology Center, Inc. (TTCI) in Pueblo, Colorado, the largest and most recognized testing organization in the world for railroad industry products, met and exceeded railroad industry performance requirements.
