Meet the Team

Doug Fox - Chief Executive officer

Doug Fox is the CEO of IntegriCo Composites. In this role Fox develops and oversees all aspects of business operations at IntegriCo. Fox has previously held several leadership positions in the railroad industry including Senior Vice President at Stella-Jones Corporation where he developed initial US business acquisitions in 2005 and continued to secure an acquisition each year for the next ten years. Fox’s business acumen propelled Stella-Jones Corporation from a single plant operation to a multi-plant enterprise. His other prior leadership positions include Vice President of Operations at Progress Rail Canada overseeing all Canadian operations. This position included monitoring manufacturing facilities such as the Railway wheel shop, Trackwork shop, Transit and Railcar repair. Aside from his leadership roles, Fox also spent 30 years in the railway industry working in design construction and maintenance functions. In his position as General Manager at Canadian Pacific Railway, Fox participated in two major railway expansions involving $500 million Capital projects for both overland and tunnel construction. At the end of his time at Canadian Pacific, Fox was responsible for Supply Chain Management of the railroad’s engineering spend of $600 million a year. Fox holds an MBA from Richard Ivey School of Business and a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from McGill University.

Scott Moe - Vice President of Sales

Scott Moe is the current Vice President of Sales at IntegriCo Composites. Since 2015, Moe has grown IntegriCo’s client base by 500% with the acquisition of the military, transit agencies, overseas customers, and alternative products. Moe has proven himself a vital asset to the IntegriCo team through his extensive knowledge of the railroad industry, specifically how composite railway ties stack up against wooden or concrete ties. Moe has a Bachelor of Science in marketing and advertising from Portland State University and prior to joining the IntegriCo team, Moe held an executive position at Atlas Trading International and was also a lumber broker for Pacific Western Lumber. Since his time with IntegriCo, Moe has developed a long-term supply contract with the U.S. Military in addition to creating and sustaining ongoing business relationships with large transit agencies and a number of customers overseas. Aside from his work in sales, Moe has also developed new product uses for the oil and gas industry.

Ken Webber - General Manager

Ken Webber has recently rejoined the IntegriCo leadership team as General Manager. He was part of the initial IntegriCo team and is responsible for developing the original IntegriCo composite material formula. This tried and true formula turns hard-to-recycle plastics that would otherwise end up in landfills into sustainable products. Prior to IntegriCo, Webber held the position of Plant Manager Winzen Film and Fiber, Inc.


glenn jackson - Director of finance

Glenn Jackson is the Director of Finance at IntegriCo Composites. He holds an accounting degree and MBA from University of Memphis. Prior to arriving at IntegriCo, Jackson served in accounting and management positions for nearly thirty years in various capabilities throughout the manufacturing and service industries. These positions include CEO of Valair Aviation, CFO of private and public positions with Aviation General and Dirt Motorsports. Jackson has also held large company controller positions at Nucor Steel and Benteler Steel/Tube Manufacturing Corporation.
